How it goes
Pick a car from your Carlyle matches, set an optional target price, and tell us anything that matters (trade-in, financing, timing). Pay the flat $250 at signup - that locks in your negotiator.
Your negotiator reviews the listing, the value model, and the comparable cheaper listings Carlyle found, then contacts the dealer and opens the conversation.
We work the price: out-the-door totals only, comparable listings as leverage, no monthly-payment games. You get updates by email and weigh in on any decision that costs you money.
You get the final number and our straight recommendation - take it, counter, or walk. You sign and drive; we never touch the paperwork or your money.
Why it works
We flip the asymmetry
Dealers negotiate all day; most buyers do it twice a decade. Our negotiators open with verifiable comparable listings (“the same car is listed for $996 less at…”), they talk out-the-door totals so fees can't hide, and they're immune to showroom pressure - they're not in the showroom and they don't need this particular car. The typical outcome is hundreds to thousands off the asking price.
Straight talk about the fee
The $250 is a flat fee for the negotiation work and it is not refundable based on outcome. We can't guarantee a specific discount - sometimes a dealer holds firm, and an honestly priced car has less room to move (your Carlyle rating shows that before you decide). What you're buying is a professional in your corner: the research, the leverage, the back-and-forth, and a straight recommendation at the end, even when that is “walk away.” If a car is already an Exceptional Deal, we'll tell you to skip the negotiation and just buy it.
